Latter-day Saints Sustain New First Presidency in Solemn Assembly

President Russell M. Nelson was sustained Saturday as prophet, seer, revelator and president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints during a solemn assembly of Church members worldwide on March 31, 2018.

President and Sister Nelson to Embark on Global Ministry Tour

As announced last month, President Russell M. Nelson of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and his wife, Wendy, along with Elder Jeffrey R. Holland of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and his wife, Patricia, will visit Europe, Africa and Asia in April. The leaders of the global faith are scheduled to leave Salt Lake City and visit eight cities in 11 days April 10–23, 2018.

Latter-day Saints Prepare for General Conference

Clean Water a Blessing for Thousands

Just over 19,000 residents in rural villages of the Sewfi-Wiawso Municipal District are enjoying fresh, clean water thanks to 18 borehole projects completed by LDS Charities, the humanitarian arm of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The boreholes were officially presented to the village water committees during ceremonies in February.
